Adds an INA219 current sensor to the MoPower HW2 board. The sensor measures power used by the 5v provided to the Pi. The current sensor is wired through to Pi via the GPIO pins (I2C) and is addressable by the Pi directly. This must be purchased on the same order as the MoPower UPS.
